These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ellerynorth.com and any guides, workshops, or programs offered by Ellery North (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or programs.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our site or purchase a program. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Our Services

Ellery North offers life coaching content, including a free guide, live workshops, and a live six-week group program, along with related digital materials. These services are educational and coaching in nature.

Purchases and Payment

When you purchase a program, you agree to pay the price listed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Membership and Auto-Renewal

The Ellery North Circle is an ongoing membership billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at signup. By joining, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel. Your membership renews automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before your next billing date. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect.

You may cancel your membership at any time, either through the cancellation link in your account or receipt emails, or by contacting us at info@ellerynorth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access through that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods already paid.

Refund Policy

Because our programs include live sessions and digital materials delivered upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at info@ellerynorth.com and we will do our best to help. This refund policy does not apply to Ellery North Circle membership cancellations, which are governed by the Membership and Auto-Renewal section above.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our site and programs only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when signing up or making a purchase. Program materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without our permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on ellerynorth.com and within our programs, including guides, worksheets, and the Ellery North Method and related program materials, is the property of Ellery North and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and participation. We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, income, or life outcomes from participating in our programs. Any examples or testimonials shared reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for you.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Information on our site, including pricing, may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Accessibility

We want our site and programs to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. If you have trouble accessing any part of our site or materials, contact us at info@ellerynorth.com and we will work with you to provide the information in a way that works for you.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technology outages, illness, extreme weather, or other events that prevent a scheduled session from happening as planned. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our site or programs if you violate these Terms or misuse our materials. If we terminate your access for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellery North and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or programs, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with our services, your sole remedy is to contact us as described in our Refund Policy above.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ellery North and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our programs or materials, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our site or programs will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Ellery North regarding your use of our site and programs. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
